Items Available to Order
If the piece of jewellery you require is out of stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date. We do allow you to order and pay for your product, certain pieces can take 2-4 weeks to create.
Rings are Available to Order as each one is made to size. Simply select your ring size and place your order. The time required is design dependent and can take from 2-4 weeks.
When ordering rings please note that each is made to size and there will be a 2-4 weeks depending on the design.
Delivery
Once payment is received you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. Your jewellery will then be dispatched within 3-5 working days by Irish registered post (An Post) and must be signed for on delivery. International orders may be subject to import taxes & duties and these are the responsibility of the buyer. All items are packaged in a beautiful contemporary gift box.
We are happy to offer free shipping worldwide on all jewellery orders over €100.00. For orders under €100 shipping charges are as follows:
Free to Ireland/Northern Ireland
€8.00 to Europe
€10.000 to the rest of the world.
Delivery times may vary, depending on the destination. Typically:
Ireland: 1-2 Working days
Europe: 2-5 Working days
Rest of the World: 4-10Working days
*Please allow extra time close to Christmas. Orders will be sent out as normal, but because of the seasonal overload on postal services it can cause delays on their part.
Returns
We are happy to accept returns provided they are returned within 30 days of dispatch and are returned packaged, in their original box. Returns received outside the above time frame will not be accepted. Please state the reason for the return.
Conditions of return:
The buyer is responsible to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us.We do not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged during return.International customs duties and taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the EU. Refunds will only be made to the original card/payment method used at the time of purchase.
We strongly advise customers to insure returns against loss or damage.
With regard to rings – it is the customer’s responsibility when ordering a ring to ensure the correct size is stated. Where resizing is possible a charge will apply.
Sale items are not refundable.
When the item of jewellery being returned is faulty return postage will be refunded.
