About me:

Deirdre Conroy is based in Dublin and designs and makes hand crafted jewellery in precious metals and gemstones.

Deirdre is originally from the Fashion and Interior Design world but has always maintained a passion for textile crafts.  She is accomplished at needle craft which stems from childhood.

She has always been exploring new frontiers and was drawn to handmade jewellery during working trips to trade fairs in Milan and other centres of design excellence throughout Europe including Scandinavia. She developed a passion for contemporary design from her exposure to some of the renowned Scandinavian designers. Handmade jewellery was a natural progression for her skills and has enabled her to express her inspiration from texture, the colours of nature and a keen interest in contemporary design.

She likes to create designs that are elegant, stylish and contemporary.
